Very nice little TV March 12, 2010 D. Carroll (Kerrville, TX USA) Looks great, very sharp picture, DVD player works well and the TV sounds as good as should be expected for such a little box. Just for fun I plugged my Bose computer speakers into the earphone jack and it sounded exceptional! I experienced no undue delay turning it on or changing channels, as some reviewers have complained. Toshiba could have omitted the red/blue power off/on LED, but it doesn't actually bother me. And no, there are no mounting holes by which to mount the TV. I like it!Toshiba 15LV505 15.6-Inch Widescreen LCD TV with Built-in DVD Player (Black)
What a great product! March 11, 2010 Working Mom I bought this tv/dvd player combo for my daughter's room, which is small, and it was perfect. I love the picture quality and the lightness of the product. It was so easy to set up, and can also be moved from room to room easily. After receiving it, I was tempted to buy another one, with a larger screen, for my living room!
GGGRRRREEEAAAAT Buy! March 10, 2010 HIS beloved (San Diego, CA United States) So glad I purchased this set. I was looking for something that was small/portable that I can have on my desk while I work. This is perfect. Both picture and sound quality are very nice. Like others have mentioned, the only thing that is a bit annoying is the lag time while changing channels. But that isn't such a big deal to me. Having the DVD combo is icing on the cake!
Completely Satisfied March 9, 2010 Diatrope (Berkeley, CA) I wanted to write a review because I always scan the reviews before I purchase a product. I am completely satisfied with this little set. The picture quality is fine despite the fact that I generally look at the set from an angle. It is quite compact, which is just what I wanted. I have also moved it from room to room easily. When I'm not moving it (which is most of the time), I keep it on a shelf. It is never in the way.

br /As one reviewer mentioned, due to the proportions of this screen, sometimes the image is smaller than the entire screen area. I've found this doesn't bother me at all. I don't even notice it.

br /There is also a lag after you turn it on. This is a bit annoying at times, but generally I tune into things a few minutes early, so it doesn't really matter. I don't find as much of a lag when switching channels. After the set is "on," the time between changing channels is pretty similar to what I experienced with my old set.

br /One last point: the setup must have been easy since I can't recall anything about it. I've had the set several months now and my recollection is that it "worked" immediately, so I must have just plugged it in.
Overall a good purchase March 8, 2010 Patrise A. Selkey Agency, Inc. (Franklin WI) I bought this TV to fit in my kitchen while I am cooking and cleaning up. I have only used it for movies on CD's. The sound tends to go up and down and even at the highest level sometimes its hard to hear. I havent had a chance to hook it up to my satellite to see what the real channels are. But for right now it suites my needs.
