I bought this tv from Costco for my dorm. What really distinguished this tv from the others on display was its perfect size for my room combined with its sharp picture quality and slim design. I primarily watch tennis and movies on this tv and the every frame looks very high quality. There are also numerous presets on it to match the kind of event you're watching. And although it's advertised as being 720p, the manual says it can display up to 1080p HD!

br /Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for a tv for a small area or who's on a budget.

MYSTERIOUS ME
I'm always replacing my older model tv's with new flat panels and this Westinghouse 26" LED HDTV is what I choose for my kitchen and second bedroom. The price is amazing and the picture is bright. I looked at a lot of comparable models but none of them could match the look and the value of this tv. I highly recommend the Westinghouse 26 inch LED when you need to upgrade and want to get a great, good-looking tv at a price you can afford.Westinghouse LD-2655VX 26-Inch 720p LED HDTV, Black

We ordered this item twice. The first TV would not turn on and we returned it. Amazon handled the return wonderfully. We had another TV sent to us and the second one had problems with the picture and the sound. We are in the process of returning this one.

Picked up the 26" Westinghouse LED TV for the kitchen (I purchased at a physical store, not Amazon) and I have to say this TV is great for the kitchen. We were looking for something small that could hang on the wall and really wanted a LED because of the thin size, but didn't want to spend a lot of money for the kitchen. We stumbled upon the Westinghouse 26" in the store and the price was right, so we decided to take a chance and we are happy we did. The TV is super thin and the picture quality is excellent. My wife and I are extremely happy we picked this TV up. If you are looking for a good 2nd TV at a great price, I highly recommend checking out the Westinghouse LED TVs.

Caveat Emptor: This Westinghouse bargain basement TV is terrible.

br /The picture is way too dark, even in the brighter Game mode. The picture seems as if it couldn't decide on a resolution, which alternatively presented a 'stretched' picture, or an extremely grainy one. HD TV worked well, except again, way too dark - if you adjust gamma or brightness it washes the picture out. I did optimize the settings several times to test, all settings produced a comparatively (to say, a Sony or Samsung) bad picture.

br /Someone here mentioned the sound being horrible - it is. Obviously the speakers are tiny on this thing, very tinny sound - bump up the bass one level and you'll hear distortion. Worst speakers I've heard in a TV, CRT or otherwise.
