br /If I know the TV has a lot of reflection from the shadow, I rather buy LCD instead of Plasma....
br /Now to watch it without reflection from your room, you have to find the right position to avoid the reflection.
br /i just happy from the best service from Amazon, they delivered and also install it too.

Perfect TV except for burn in issues July 26, 2010

This Tv for me is perfect in every way... except for the burn in issue. It has burn in safe guards and it wouldnt be an issue at all if I'd kept Directv.... since they have a screen saver when you pause the screen. But now that I'm watching all of my TV via the internet through my ps3... I have to be conscious of when I pause the screen that I put it on eco mode... or when a show ends and I've left the room.
br /There is a scroll option which wipes away any ghosting that may occur. Seems to work so far and I havent ruined the tv or anything... however its an extra pain in the but that I have to be conscious of where as I wouldnt be if I had an lcd or led.
br /Significant enough to take off a star.
br /Everything else about this TV is amazing. The picture quality is unreal. Tons of features. Beautiful display.

After reading several reviews on the internet and comparing the various types of flat panel TVs, we settled on this Samsung 50" plasma to replace our 5 year old 50" Sony WEGA projection set. The difference in picture quality and performance is unbelievable .
