Customer Reviews: I got what I paid for February 1, 2010 T. Stallings (USA) I got what I paid for...about three months of service. I won't buy another "Coby" anything.
Minimalistic but mighty October 14, 2009 Kibby The slim design fits into any space and people don't even realize it's a TV. But the volume capability is surprising for its smallness--I use it to broadcast music throughout the whole house.
Works great for my purposes July 13, 2009 W. Nicklas (Milwaukee, WI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Got this to use in my RV-works great. It is a good set for that or only ocassional viewing. I would not use it for my main TV-but it's size was very important and there are not many 15" tv's around anymore. I mainly use it to watch DVD's on, but the TV works fine also. Had to improve my antenna to get all channels when HDTV kicked in last month, but it's not the tv's fault. I'm happy with it for the money I paid and can't ask anything more.

This TV im sure is very nice...
br /If it worked.
br /I took it out of the box to find that it will only respond to my commands (remote, or physical buttons) when IT wants to. It will just freeze-up in whatever mode it is in. (ie: off, on, loud, mute, or input mode)
br /There is no reason i can see this happening except a defective unit. HOWEVER, since i cannot accurately review the product, (because i don't have one that works) I am instead going to review the company's customer service..
br /Do not ever expect to recieve ANY response from Coby. They DO NOT have ANY contact phone numbers. The only correspondence they allow you to have with them is via email. To which they do not reply.
br /I have sent 10 emails in the past 2 months with no response.
br /So, if your product arrives in good condition, you're in luck. If not, you're sh** out of luck!

Not bad for the price but the sound is very poor. The volume control is suprisingly limited. It can not be turned down enough to use in a bedroom without being audible outside the room.
